This allows lifecycle marketers to test & improve the performance of their campaigns much faster than before. Customers include leading brands like Brinks Home (leading home security company) and Engie (multinational electric utility), among many others.

Do you enjoy building data-intensive products, creating a collaborative engineering culture, and working cross-functionally to form and execute on an ambitious product roadmap??  Come join OfferFit as a VP of Software Engineering and work closely with our CTO to architect, design and implement a highly-scalable SaaS platform for reinforcement learning!

In particular, you will:

  • Lead design and implementation of features that extend product scalability and flexibility, such as reusable data pipelines, APIs and ML components
  • Work closely with OfferFit customers to understand, translate and generalize particular use cases to generic platform components
  • Manage a team of outstanding backend, frontend, and full stack engineers
  • Use your extensive knowledge of Python and its ecosystem to produce clean, readable, and extendible code, and coach your team in doing the same
  • Participate in determining OfferFit’s product strategy and roadmap
  • Implement and improve best practices through through continuous team training and development
  • Recruit and develop top engineering talent

Tech stack:

  • Data Science/Back End: Python (Pandas, TF, FastAPI, Great Expectations), SQL
  • Web: JavaScript (Vue, Node.js), HTML, CSS
  • Architecture/DevOps: Kubernetes, Airflow, Terraform, GCP
  • We write well-tested, type-hinted, documented, modular code and use pre-commit hooks, CI/CD, and issue tracking for development
